PHAP Professional Forum
Live Online Discussion among PHAP members on Topics of HPCR Live Web Seminars
PHAP’s Professional Forum is organized
in partnership with the Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research at Harvard University (HPCR), which hosts a monthly series of Live Web Seminars on current issues of debate in the field of humanitarian law and policy.
The Professional Forum takes place directly following the HPCR-moderated panel discussions and brings together - virtually - a variety of PHAP members and colleagues, based in a range of diferent geographical locations, to discuss their thoughts on the topic at hand. Drawing from their immediate practical experience, they offer their own observations on the issues addressed by the panel, as well as calls for futher research and policy analysis that could be, in their view, of particular use to the professional humanitarian community.
