Humanitarian Access

This module details the international law framework governing humanitarian access to civilians in armed conflicts (including situations of occupation). The presenter identifies the relevant legal provisions and the conditions necessary to obtain access. In addition, the presenter discusses what types and forms of humanitarian relief are recognized as such under IHL.
