Recording now available for the final session of Strengthening Accountability and Inclusion Event Series

Recap on the discussions during the final session of the PHAP and IASC event series on strengthening accountability and inclusion.

On 7 December, PHAP and the IASC Results Group on Accountability & Inclusion organized the fourth and final session in the event series on accountability and inclusion. This webinar looked at existing good practices regarding complaints and feedback mechanisms and plans to strengthen and scale them up.

The event focused on answering questions that participants had submitted in advance. With a line-up of panelists with practical experience of CFMs in various contexts, participants had the opportunity to learn how these mechanisms are implemented in practice.

The panelists included:

  • Eva Erlach, Community engagement, and accountability consultant
  • Simone Buosi, Emergency Specialist with UNICEF
  • Fredrick Msigallah, Advocacy and Alliance Programme Manager at CCBRT
  • Sandy Tsai, MEAL Manager in Afghanistan with the Danish Refugee Council
  • Husni, Regional AAP Adviser with  OCHA Asia Pacific

This webinar followed the first three events in the series, which explored making collective accountability to affected populations a reality; navigating guidance on accountability and inclusion; and accountability and inclusion in the COVID-19 response

If you missed the finale of this series, you can now find the video and audio podcast format recordings of the session on the event page, together with the event poll results and recommended resources.
