Change management

There is no shortage of adaptation and evolution in humanitarian action. Change Management comprises the processes, tools and techniques to manage the human side of organizational change. The aim is to ensure a successful transition by supporting people/staff through that process. Though not unique to humanitarian action, it is particularly relevant given the dynamic nature of sector and the need for constant adaptation to shifting external environment.
