Continuously engage various stakeholders and increase awareness among key players on ground who may not be humanitarian agencies but they support HAs work. This includes civil society organizations and community based initiatives. Voluntarism philosophy should also be mainstreamed in capacity building actions as is the case in Australia and New Zealand.
