Prepare for your UHE certification on DisasterReady

We are happy to announce the launch today of a partnership with DisasterReady to help users of the platform prepare for PHAP Credentialing Program certifications. As part of this partnership, DisasterReady is creating learning portals for each of the competency-based certifications, which allow for creating personalized learning plans based on the PHAP Diagnostic Tests and DisasterReady's self assessments.

The first portal to be launched is for the certification in Understanding the Humanitarian Ecosystem (UHE). If you already have a DisasterReady account, you can access it directly by logging in and navigating to the UHE portal – if not, you can create an account for free.

Get started!

In the coming months, DisasterReady will also host portals for the PHAP Credentialing Program certifications in International Legal Frameworks for Humanitarian Action (ILFHA), Applying Humanitarian Principles in Practice (AHPP), Cash Transfer Programming (CTP), Humanitarian Needs Assessment (HNA), and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).

The DisasterReady portal collects and complements the preparatory material developed by PHAP to help candidates prepare for the certification, which include diagnostic tests, self-assessments, and study guides. You can read more about the program and access these resources on the PHAP Credentialing Program pages.

The PHAP Credentialing Program is made possible through the Practitioner Competencies Learning Center, a joint initiative of the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, CHS Alliance, and PHAP working to develop solutions that strengthen competency-based approaches in the humanitarian sector at the individual and organizational level.
