<p>Antonio Galli has extensive experience working in the field on issues of humanitarian policy and practice, with a focus on humanitarian access, protection, negotiations with non-state armed groups and civil-military coordination. Between January 2012 and June 2013, Antonio was deputy head of OCHA&rsquo;s Access Coordination Unit in Palestine, providing support to the humanitarian and development community on behalf of the Humanitarian Coordinator. Prior to this, he was head of the Aid and Policy component of the USAID funded Trade Facilitation Project based in Ramallah. Antonio has also worked with Crisis Action in the UK on a range of campaigns focused on the Middle East and North Africa and was a project director at the Economic Cooperation Foundation in Israel, overseeing project related to human rights, protection and humanitarian access. He is currently working as a consultant for both UNDP and PHAP.</p>
