<p>Aur&eacute;lie Lamazi&egrave;re,&nbsp;Gender Issues Coordinator at Geneva Call, holds a Master&rsquo;s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation. Before joining Geneva Call, she was humanitarian policy and advocacy officer for Save the Children, in London and in Geneva. She also worked for five years with M&eacute;decins Sans Fronti&egrave;res as humanitarian advisor and did several field missions in conflict-affected areas (Pakistan, Afghanistan, Palestinian Territories, Chad, Sudan, RDC). A lot of her work focused on the protection of women affected by conflicts, in particular on sexual gender-based violence, notably in Darfur. She joined Geneva Call in December 2008.</p>
