Welcome to the Online Training Center of PHAP!
It is our pleasure to invite you, as a member of PHAP, to access the first Online Course on Essentials of International Humanitarian Law, produced in collaboration with the Program on Humanitarian Law and Conflict Research (HPCR) at Harvard University.
The 15 sessions listed below constitute the full PHAP Online Course on Essentials of International Humanitarian Law. PHAP members in good standing who successfully complete all 15 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
